Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will only have to pay sales tax if you are located in California.
Can I get a copy of my receipt?
You will receive a receipt via email at the time of purchase. If you have an account, you can login and click on the order number for a detailed receipt of your purchase. If you do not have an account, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and request for a copy of your receipt. We will send you an email with a copy of your receipt within 24 hours of receiving your request.
How can I pay for my order?
At this time, we accept all major credit/debit cards in addition to PayPal. We will be adding more ways to pay down the road.
When will my credit card be charged?
You credit card will be charged immediately after purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and you will be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will send you an email with a return shipping label.
Note: We will not accept returns on items that have been used.
